v1.6.7 Mod 2026-10-10

A version that spares the server main thread

  • Map reporting went from “assembling the JSON for 197,000 points inside the server tick” to “that tick only hands the data over and the assembly runs on a background thread”. This is the only place in the whole mod that could cause “hundreds of milliseconds in a single tick”, and it matches the occasional spike every half hour exactly.
  • The remaining costs that scale with player or entity counts were optimised too: TAB number formatting is cached per tick, player lookup by name uses a name index rebuilt once per tick, the advancement list no longer builds a string per entry, the config files and ban list read every 30 seconds moved to the background, the chat queue length check uses a counter, network sampling no longer creates a thread every 20 seconds, and the command throttle table no longer only grows. The report format, the field names and the moment the values are taken are all unchanged.
v1.6.6 Mod 2026-09-30

The ban list no longer claims "nobody is banned" when it cannot be read

  • An empty ban list arriving at the site overwrote every stored ban. The mod returned an empty array whenever reading the file failed or the format was wrong, which triggered exactly that. It now returns null instead (a genuinely missing file still means "nobody is banned"), and declares bans_authoritative=true only when both banned and banned_ips were read. The site side gained matching protection; both halves are needed for this to be properly fixed
v1.6.5 Mod 2026-09-26

Fixed achievements never loading for offline players

  • The progress files in the world are named with dashes (077e53e3-c49c-362b-87ee-12457397e38c.json), but the mod built a dash-less 32-character path, so it never found a single file — online players go through the server-side live snapshot and were fine, while going offline was treated as "no progress". All 1,859 progress files and 963 players on this server were affected, and this is the direct cause of the achievement count flickering (the site now also refuses to write an empty list). Both naming forms are tried now; only a genuine miss counts as none
v1.6.4 Mod 2026-09-26

Own latency placeholder: %cloudridge:ping%

  • The built-in %player:ping% returns 0 for every player in TAB's player rows (the same placeholder works fine in the footer of the same config — the row rendering context simply has no live player). The new placeholder tries both paths: the context player first, then the GameProfile name against the server's online list. If neither works it renders nothing rather than a misleading 0
v1.6.3 Mod 2026-09-26

Report server start and stop

  • The mod reports "started" when the server comes up and "stopped" on a clean shutdown. The stop report is sent synchronously — the process is about to exit, so handing it to a background thread means it never leaves. A crash or power loss does not fabricate a stop record
v1.6.2 Mod 2026-09-25

Fixed bot filtering + per-message web prefix

  • Fixed bot filtering that did nothing: the default list was bot_, and without a trailing * that means an exact match, so not a single fake player was filtered. The default is now bot_* and the effective list is printed to the log at startup.
  • The web prefix is now sent per message: linked users get [web], unlinked ones get [web · unlinked], so players in game can tell whether a character said it.
  • Also covers 1.6.1: joins, quits, deaths and advancements never showed up because classification relied solely on translation keys, and some mods replace the vanilla message entirely. There is now a text-based fallback plus diagnostic logging for the first 25 system messages of each run.
v1.6.0 Mod 2026-09-25

Chat sync: public chat and events reported in real time

  • New chat sync: public chat, joins and quits, deaths and advancements are reported to the site chat panel in real time
  • Messages from website users are announced in game with a [网页] prefix in aqua; they are sent per player to bypass the system message event, so nothing is announced twice
  • Deaths and advancements are classified by translation key rather than by rendered text, so switching the server language does not break them
  • Joins, quits and deaths of fake players (carpet bots) are not reported; edit the list via chat_bot_names in cloudridge.json, default bot_
  • Public chat only — private messages (/msg, /tell, /w) are never collected, and no switch can turn that on
  • New options upload_chat / chat_bot_names / chat_poll_ms; existing config files keep working unchanged and fall back to the defaults
v1.5.2 Mod 2026-09-25

Server metrics straight into the TAB list

  • Added the %cloudridge:*% placeholder family (18 of them: TPS, MSPT, chunks, entities, memory, CPU, network rates, uptime) so the TAB list can show this data directly
  • Reuses the collection the mod already runs — nothing is gathered twice; placeholders read a cache at render time, because rendering happens constantly and reading files or spawning a process there would stall the server
  • Installing without the TAB mod is safe: registration is isolated, and missing values render as nothing rather than a misleading 0
v1.5.1 Mod 2026-09-25

Network counters work, and the log stops spamming

  • Fixed network throughput showing 0 forever: the two APIs it looked for do not exist on any standard JDK, so that code could never have worked. It now uses a source the OS actually provides, parsed by structure rather than by label text so it works on non-English systems too
  • Collection runs on a background thread: that source needs a subprocess, and doing it inline would cause tick spikes
  • Added a "log per-heartbeat snapshot" switch, off by default; when on it only writes when values actually change
v1.5.0 Mod 2026-09-24

Support for Minecraft 1.21.11

  • The mod now targets Minecraft 1.21.11 (Fabric Loader 0.19.5 / Fabric API 0.141.6+1.21.11)
  • Command permission checks now use the server OP list — the API the old code relied on was removed in 1.21.11. The console and command blocks keep their access exactly as before
  • Loaded-chunk counting moved to the new API, written so it compiles on both old and new versions
  • The remaining version-changed APIs were migrated too (player identity, registry lookup, world spawn, whitelist entries, game rules), each verified against the official mappings before compiling
v1.1.6 Mod 2026-09-16

Server types supported

  • New server_type setting: survival, creative, minigame, lobby or other, and the website presents each type differently
  • Lifetime statistics reporting was corrected again, making the totals on the site more accurate
  • Settings documentation and in-game messages brought up to date
v1.1.5 Mod 2026-09-13

Whitelist sync and config proxy

  • Whitelist sync: applications approved on the website are written into the server whitelist automatically, with no manual step
  • Server config files can be edited through the website's admin panel, with an automatic backup taken first
  • A pending-operations queue lets the website hand work to the mod and receive the result back
v1.1.4 Mod 2026-09-13

More server rules and bilingual messages

  • More complete rule reporting: game rules such as keep-inventory and death drops are uploaded with the status, so the guide page is accurate
  • In-game command messages support Chinese and English and follow the player's client language
v1.1.3 Mod 2026-09-13

More accurate player data

  • Fixed how lifetime statistics are read and uploaded, so the totals on the site no longer disagree with the world save
  • AFK dummies and bots are excluded while collecting statistics, so they never appear in the site rankings
v1.1.2 Mod 2026-09-13

Player statistics and mod list

  • Online players are now reported with their UUID, so renaming no longer turns one person into two
  • Reads the world statistics and uploads lifetime totals: playtime, deaths, kills, blocks mined and placed, and distance travelled
  • Uploads the installed mod list and the available command list automatically (Fabric API's dozens of submodules are filtered out)
  • Banned IPs are uploaded as well and shown in their own section on the site
v1.1.1 Mod 2026-09-13

Redirect protection for the API address

  • If the API address is redirected with a 301 or 302, the mod now reports an error and shows the correct address instead of silently losing data
  • The reason an upload failed is visible in game with /cdr status
v1.1.0 Mod 2026-09-12

First release of the observer mod

  • Reports server status to the website every 30 seconds: player count, TPS, MSPT, CPU, memory, disk and network
  • Uploads the ban list and player join/leave events, which is how the site tracks playtime
  • Adds in-game /cdr bind <code> to link an account, plus /cdr status and /cdr reload for admins
  • Every network request runs on a background thread, so an unreachable website never slows the server down
